INTRODUCTION

Liesl (original call name Lili) is a funny black & white girl who loves all the dogs, but Rosalie (her sister) and Oliver (her uncle) are her particular favourites. Liesl loved her great-grandmother Libby & Libby especially loved Liesl. They seemed to be kindred spirits with similar personalities. Liesl is another "talking" member of Cally's family. We look forward to her antics and accomplishments.

SHOW & ACTIVITY UPDATES

Liesl went to 3 all-breed shows in Santa Rosa California at the end of August -- she placed 2nd in the Open class all 3 days & won Reserve Winners Female to the major on Sunday August 23rd, 2009 under Breeder/Judge Marie Merchant.

Liesl has had 2 weekends where she was exhibited as a Special in Canada. Her first weekend out was at three shows at the NACA Shows June 2009 -- she had 2 Best of Opposite Sex wins (Judges Marilyn Spacht & Fred Gordon) & a Best of Breed win (over the top ESS in Canada); Judge Cecilia Martinez of San Juan Puerto Rico. In Liesl's next appearance she won Best of Opposite Sex at the WRESSAA 2009 Specialty under Judge Judy Webb. She was beautifully handled to these wins by Lori-Ann Fischer.

Liesl finished her Canadian Championship on July 13, 2008. She was shown sparingly as she matured. All of her points were from the Bred By Exhibitor class Breeder / Owner Handled by Lynn.

	At her first show she went Best Puppy in Breed.
	On December 1, 2007 she obtained her first points -- a 3 point win, Winners Female & Best of Winners, under Australian Judge Roger Bridgford.
	On June 1st, 2008 she went Winners Female & Best of Opposite Sex for 3 points under New Zealand Judge Rosemary Hubrich. This was a Supported Entry.
	On July 11, 2008 she went Winners Female & Best of Opposite Sex for 2 points under American Judge Dr. Alvin Krause.
	On July 13, 2008 Liesl finished her championship by going Winners Female / Best of Opposite Sex & Best of Winners for 3 points under Canadian Judge Mary B. White.

Liesl has attended Puppy class & finished her firth set of Agility classes in June 2009 -- she is really enjoying this sport & we are looking forward to more classes & more fun!
